The hosts were really welcoming. The B&B is well situated and is a really peaceful and beautiful place. The room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the breathtaking view over the sea and Stromboli Vulcano. The pool amongst the olive trees is beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, we enjoyed the homemade cakes. We would definitely recommend this place which is a real haven.

Awesome! Even 10* does not catch the hotel. Clean rooms, all is shiny and new. Very welcome staff. Breakfast better than in 5 times expensive competitors. Close to beach and city center. All good.

The vacation in La Bussola Hotel worths it on so many levels! First of all, it was our first trip to Italy, we had no experience and actually no idea what is the better option/region/place to stay. Everything we wanted a vacation near the sea, so a good beach was a priority, not far from some city, cleanliness and a good view. And fortunately we’ve chosen the La Bussola so got everything we wanted and even more. Yes, it was not on beach itself and not in the center of Tropea - that’s something we were worried about before coming here, but it wasn’t a problem at all, as it is still close to the seaside and it takes just a few minutes to get there by car, or especially with the transfer provided by the hotel, it is very convenient and easy, the bus is modern and the driver is very nice! The room was clean (big appreciation to the ladies in charge of that, they were extremely nice and did everything just perfectly, loved them!), if you pay for the room with sea view you’ll get a very beautiful sunsets every evening. The room has a fridge with few bottles of free water and actually everything you need for a basic stay - towels, soap and shower gel/shampoo, hairdryer and AC. Wi-Fi is very good, which is a rare thing for hotels) The area of the hotel is very nice! It’s well maintained, a lot of greenery, fruits, free access to the pool (which appeared to be also not a very common thing for other hotels) and free parking. The pool is just a piece of free paradise!) Also there is a restaurant with very delicious food, live music and perfect service! As we were concerned about our free time and activities it was very helpful, because you can go and have fun any time at evening , just down the stairs (but if you want some peace it is also not a problem, the sounds from the restaurant isn’t that loud and you can barely hear it from the rooms).
