Super friendly and welcoming staff, making the experience very pleasant. Room was cozy and clean, with a lovely mountain view. Downstairs there is a nice restaurant that is a great choice to eat well and rest soon afterwards 😌 Sad not to say arrivederci to the nice signora at the reception. This place is absolutely incredible. The room was a lovely old Italian room with character. We had an incredible view from our balcony. Everything was so clean and kept in such perfect condition. The staff were incredible and went above and beyond for us. The Sauna and spa was amazing after a long day hiking. And then of course the breakfast spread was amazing!! Cannot fault this place.

Beautiful property with very attentive staff. Comfortable and clean, lovely decor. Restaurant was excellent. Transfer to ski lifts daily were no problem and convenient snow room to store gear worked well. Ski gear that we hired was dropped to hotel and collected on departure which was helpful. We had a great stay and would book again. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
