Hotel has a terrace with a great view of the mountains, and many nice amenities, like the game room and the reading room. People working there were all very nice and helpful. SPA was definitely a plus, especially after a day of hiking the Alps. Room was a nice size and clean.

It still has the charm or a traditional Albergo with the downstairs area still having the charm of its origins in 1930. However our room on the new 4th floor had comfortable bed and a fantastic walk in rain shower which provided the necessary simple modern comforts. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful and the breakfast each morning was lovely. Location for skiing is particularly good as the Frechay lift is now a modern funicular that gives you quick access to the Frechay and Greasonay areas better than from Champoluc. If you want to go into Champoluc for nightlife then you will have to take a taxi or have a car . However for skiing it is a good option and one which exceeded our expectations.

We stayed with our dog for one night during a multi-day hike, and it was by far the best hotel we stayed at in the area. The rooms are stunning, with two levels (duplex), and pets are welcome — for an extra fee, but they get a nice bed, bowls, and treats. The breakfast had an incredible array of buffet options, as well as some "a la carte" dishes which were incredible (I still remember the french toast in particular). More importantly, the staff is super helpful — we needed a taxi on our departure day to avoid an extra long hike, and since no taxis were available until the afternoon, they made an exception and drove us to our destination in their private shuttle car. We'll definitely be staying there again, and hopefully for more than just one day to make the most of the amazing spa, indoor swimming pool, and to try the indoor rock climbing center!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially Silvia. Decor of hotel is stylish. Quiet area, no traffic noise. Good recommendation for local restaurants for supper within walking distance. Beautiful location. Lovely views. Excellent breakfast! Room well equipt will all.

We, group of friends, had visited the hotel for ski holidays and thanks to the beautiful location and very gentle staff we had an outstanding experience. The structure of the hotel as new and very curated, excellent delusions breakfast, and of course spa and outdoor jacuzzi were the part of that experience. Very cosy design and attention to smallest details made our holidays unforgettable!

Nice little village with lovely people and a couple of nice...

Nice little village with lovely people and a couple of nice places to eat in the day and early evening. The shop was open most of the week and had a good range even though it was small. There was plenty of parking in the carpark for our car (and a great price for the week) at the bottom of the cable car which ran every half an hour from 7:30am to 10:30pm. Good value tickets for the two of us for 10 rides each which is all we needed for our week's holiday. The walks from Chamois were really lovely although quite hard going up and down the mountains which were quite steep but worth the views from the top. In season you can get a chair lift but we liked the challenge!! One week was plenty for us, we had a fab time and glad it wasn't too hot for our walks.

A small and charming town that has its charm and its shortcomings. On the one hand, it is very special that you can only reach it by cable car, on the other hand, it kind of sticks you there and in a town that can only be reached by cable car, there is a population of 2.5 inhabitants…. This is certainly reflected in the entertainment and food options. The ski resort, which is the attraction for which we came, is very small and despite what we thought - very limited in options for beginners. In addition, the place is not really aimed at non-Italian tourism…

The benefits of a car-free village are immediate: clean air, quiet nights. The village is small and charming, with a mini market offering everything you need, including sports equipment. The bars are charming and beautifully located. There are plenty of access points to beautiful trails with views of the Matterhorn. A little corner of paradise.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. We particularly enjoyed the spa area which has a very relaxing atmosphere and the delicious breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful village, great views from the window, good breakfast. Very quite, there are no cars in the village, you will hear only sounds of nature. Price is very budget comparing to other hotels. Strongly recommend!
