Very nice breakfast full of fresh fruit, bread, croissant, eggs, salami...large parking. Never s'en so large bedroom and bathroom. Staff +++. The man at réception helped us for tourism research (fountain 99) and gave us à very good adress for enoteca.

I really want to praise the hotel staff. I had a situation with my (first) room that it was next to the room with a guest who was obviously unwell - loud coughing and sneezeng, etc. Practically, I could not sleep normaly in the room. I asked for room change and the staff proceeded it smoothly. Thanks again! Rooms we good, clean with nice view on Apennine Mountains. Breakfast is typically Italian, with a lot of croisants. I am not personally amazed by this, but it was OK and I noticed that other guests were happy. Again, the staff in the hotel restaurant was attentive.

Very nice accommodation, away from the city, but some restaurants are still in a walking distance. Very clean and big rooms, that are also accessible with a wheelchair (just remind the staff to let down the SOS strings, as they were tied up). Pool was also clean and had lots of chairs and umbrellas for shade.

The place has a magical atmosphere, the surroundings and structure are very well kept and there is a lot of greenery. But what makes it so special is the big Italian family that is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were greeted with homemade wine and provided with fresh eggs every day. The host, Claudio, and his small organization, have renovated an old monastery into the most detailed and carefully planned B&B I think we've ever stayed in. Bright, clean and fresh, with an astounding, unsurpassed attention to detail: sugar, coffee, tea, pastries, yogart in the fridge and courtesy (sealed) toothbrushes if you need them. Great heating and bathroom, all set on the old monastery grounds, quiet and private. True value for money and attentive hosts.
