The apartment is very clean and new, it’s bigger than I thought. The host are so nice, we even ate the eggs from the chicken of the garden. It’s near to Bagni di San Filippo which was our favorite destination for the holiday. Thanks to the wonderful place!🥰

A truly unforgettable few days- incredible views of the idyllic countryside from our room windows and from the thermal pools, really excellent massages , comfortable and spacious beds , beautifully appointed rooms. The staff were welcoming and did their utmost to make our stay special, including upgrading our room on check in which was a lovely surprise. Location - quiet in the middle of the country. size of room. Helpfulness of host - we are walking the Via Francigena so we were disappointed to find that the local restaurant as mentioned in our guidebook had closed and it was a 5km walk on a busy road to the next source of an evening meal. Our host offered to drive us there to collect some food and wine, which we then ate outside as the sun went down and the owls called and the stars came out . Friendly cat.
