We (2 adults + 1 teen) have stayed at this lovely home which is really cared for and equipped with everything you could have imagined and far beyond. House consists of 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Bathroom amenity is better than the hotel which is local Tuscan produce with beautiful aroma scent. Thanks to the owner’s kind gesture and consideration, house was already heated with comfortable temperature when we have checked in at night. We also found a surprise breakfast item, sweets breakfast, drinks yogurt, eggs much and more on the dining table. This was very useful. We originally thought of grabbing the breakfast on the way after the check out. Instead, we could have a breakfast at the comfort of the house before checking out. Also, communication was great too. Owner speaks English is great plus in Italy for non Italian speaker. Since it was winter and we just stayed for 1 night just to sleep over, unfortunately I could not use outdoor facility. It would have been nice to chill out in the outdoor area with BBQ during the summer months with scent of Lavender around you overlooking the Tuscan countryside to relax our mind from the daily hectic life. If you are looking for the place to stay, this is such a rare to find with full of comfort and lovely owner family with heart of Gold – not to be missed. You will never regret it. I highly recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I cannot recommend enough and cannot describe how great it is. One must experience it to know and appreciate this gem. Thank you so much for the unforgettable stay. It was a truly magical experience.

This was our best experience in the Tuscany trip. Viviana is a wonderful host. She cooked a dinner for us which we enjoyed together and had a nice talks. The breakfast was exceptional, included eggs from her chickens. We had a nice walk around her garden, visiting chickens and seeing saffron growing.

Our time at this beautiful 17th-century country house was simply magical. Nestled in the heart of the idyllic Tuscan landscape, the property is full of charm and history – the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The house itself is incredibly well-equipped – everything you could possibly need was there in abundance, with thoughtful touches throughout. But what truly made our stay so special was our host, Renzo. He was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming – truly the heart of this place and without a doubt the highlight of our stay. Fabulous little apartment, in great quiet location of the very interesting, attractive town of Peccioli. The apartment has a lovely view looking north west towards Pisa, with a floor-to-ceiling open window / door where you can sit and watch the swifts diving about the church tower opposite (in the summer of course). Giorgio the owner met us and despite not speaking English or us not speaking Italian, he explained everything we needed to know easily, and in a super friendly welcoming way. The apartment has several nice touches - iPad for Spotify music, Alexa to control the lights, a selection of wines to purchase on a wine rack on the wall, a bar of chocolate, some Italian sweets, toiletries and a Lavazzo coffee pod machine with plenty of pods that lasted all week. Despite there being a sofa bed, the bed was extremely comfortable and my partner and I slept well. There was no noise outside, the air conditioning worked well and was so quiet you couldn't hear it at all. All in all, a fabulous little place in the heart of Peccioli, a Tuscan village that is trying to make its mark through its outdoor contemporary art, progressive mayor, innovative electric car transport scheme and most of all, very friendly local people who made us feel very welcome - especially Giorgio. Thanks Giorgio!
