Very nice apartment just a few minutes walk from the centre of Castelvetro. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. When we stayed (very end of August), parking was available nearby either on the street or in a carpark just a few minutes away. Google maps led us astray a bit, so I suggest you use the exact destination provided by the hosts.

It’s an absolutely stunning, luxurious villa with the most welcoming host Francesca that makes you feel like you’re at home! We have never experienced a hospitality to this level! Everything in there tells a story- antique furniture, crockery. Our bathroom had a jacuzzi bath that I loved! There is a spa in the middle of woods in the back garden- everything to the highest standard. Watching sun come through the trees from sauna only adds to the experience. Breakfast and aperitif on the roof terrace served by our host were spectacular! Everything is home made by Francesca. We really regretted not having enough time to stay another night as we felt like one day isn’t enough to take it all in! Little town is brilliant too- gorgeous restaurants and views. Honestly we couldn’t recommend enough! It’s a 10/10 in every aspect!

The staff were attentive, kind and helpful. The food was just delicious and amazing, they also set in no time a vegan menu just for me. We can’t praise you enough what a magnificent meal. The town was centrally located to Modena, Parma and other cities but still in a more rural setting. The town had all of the services we needed for our weeklong stay oncluding nice grocery stores, a conveniet ESSO station, gelateria and a self-service laundry. We enjoyed numerous food specialities from the region.

The staff is five stars! We got stuck in a terrible traffic jam on the A1 because there had been an accident, and we arrived at the hotel around 10 p.m. The restaurant was already closed, so we couldn’t have dinner. The staff were so kind — they prepared some snacks for us and left them in our room. Amazing!

Claudio and Annalisa are amazing hosts. It was hot, so the pool offered welcome relief. We were made to feel welcome from the first minute. Loved the balsamic tour. Evening with dinner and music under the olive trees was quite something. Don't forget to visit the stunning town of Castelvetro di Modena
