Fantastic stay at this lovely home! The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The house itself is beautifully presented and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. But the real highlight is the pets - the chubby cat is adorable and the dog is just the sweetest. They add so much to the experience. Would have loved to stay longer than just one night, but will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a genuine and warm stay.

We arrived during a cycling tour through Italy and were greeted by Victor, a very friendly and service-minded host. The place has been completely renovated and everything is in spotless condition. The bed was extremely comfortable, and it’s absolutely quiet at night, which makes for a great night’s sleep. The host is also a physiotherapist and generously offered free treatment for an overworked knee and thigh muscles.

the cleanliness was exceptional very cozy and warm place , unebeliavable attention to detail from breakfast included to the amazing coffe and juice and milk in the fridge . Decoration and design of the place was also unbelievable i had it reserved for 2 nights and one happened to be valentines day casa anita had outdone themselves with the amazing decorations which me and my lady loved they really helped us enjoy our special day to the fullest i would recommend it to anyone , value for money is incredible . would definitely live there if i could 😂😍

Everything as expected. The property looks even more beautiful then as shown in the photos. Just love it. Neat and clean. The host was just great. He even came to welcome us and explained everything. Also gave us his personal number for any emergency. The price is quite good compared to any other options in the Rome. Just 7 mins walking from the train station and the train takes just 19 mins to reach Rome. Multiple grocery stores and eating options near by. Just loved the stay. The bad was very comfortable, the toilet was very clean. The wifi speed was also super fast.
