We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—always smiling and available. The spa team were true professionals; we had an incredible massage. At the restaurant, they accommodated every special request without hesitation. The receptionists did their absolute best to ensure our satisfaction. Great location . Exit hotel , walk left around 50-100m is neat and clean Coin Laundry shop , walk out of hotel oppo is the restaurant IL Malandrino ( service and food amazing, love the truffle fried eggs and others!), another nice restaurant next to. If dinner ,they open at 7pm so you can rest in the hotel after viewing the historical sites on foot , then come out for dinner . Newly renovated since April 1025 , beautiful. Breakfast was great too!

It's a town without any major attractions.

It's a town without any major attractions. There are a few shops (the local cheese is good) and a café; we didn't see anything else, or it was closed. It's a good starting point for visiting nearby attractions such as Orvieto, Lake Bolsena, Civita Bagnoregio, and more.

A little gem.

A little gem. A pine forest overlooking the valley and the borders of the Tuscany and Umbria regions. Truly charming and well-maintained, with themed benches. It's a real shame not to be able to visit the castle, which is worth a visit. I hope the work is completed soon. Very charming.

The town is well-ventilated, despite the heat of the past...

The town is well-ventilated, despite the heat of the past few days. A quiet place, with very kind people everywhere: many greeted us on the street, even though they didn't know us. The pub owner offered us a drink with hot chocolate. The "Il Grillo Parlante" restaurant is located in town, offering excellent value for money; I recommend it. The whole town is a pleasant discovery.

Excellent location and very kind owner Natascia who welcomed us immediately with a sublime welcome aperitif, top cleaning and attention to every detail (you can say pampered), very comfortable bed and excellent starting point for excursions and places to visit in the area, we will definitely return thanks for everything

A peaceful location, complete amenities, whether for a short or long stay, as a couple or a family, everything is designed to make your stay unforgettable. The cuisine features superb seasonal and local produce. The staff is excellent, and the hotel is close to San Marino, Rimini, and other attractions, without the tourist crowds.
