My amazing and professional hostess was like a caring friend. My room, all the facilities of the suite, and the services that were outlined in the Booking.com site were outstanding. As I was planning my walk/trip on the Via Francigena, I knew ahead of time that I would either walk or take a taxi from the train station to A casa di Bice. Excellent property with amazing staff, we stayed after we got married in Italy and everyone made it so special for us. Food was also amazing, taster menus in the evening or normal dishes and amazing breakfasts!

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. We were kindly given a free upgrade to a suite and the room was humongous. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was great (the complimentary shampoo was also really wonderful) and there was plenty of space for my partner to catch up on work. Breakfast every day was incredible - a huge array of pastries (and not just your standard croissants), fresh fruit, bread and olive oil from the hotel’s own trees, pizza, meats and cheese, and a choice of eggs, as well as the option to have cereal or yoghurt. The very best bit though was the amazing staff. Lorenzo and his family were so welcoming, so kind, and especially as we were travelling with our newborn for the very first time, made us feel so safe. I would absolutely come again.

This was the last stop of our trip with a toddler and what stood out most: the staff was amazing and so sweet. We had an early arrival which was no problem, could choose the room that we liked most and the way they spoke to our child was so nice. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Also good transport options to Florence centre.

It had everything we needed. I loved the bathroom, the bed is very wide and comfortable,the kitchen is good equiped, a balcony where you can drink your morning coffee. The host is very nice and helpful.
