The whole team did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible! Starting with a warm welcome at the front desk, personal greeting at the restaurant, a cosy room with golf view, an amazing Spa, motivating golf trainer... I could go on for hours. We travelled a lot and we have to say that the whole team lives customer service at its best. The find the right balance between service and privacy. The key here is, that the do it with heart! Starting from leadership and lived throughout the team. Last but not least, the restaurant and food is extraordinary. This is high class cuisine! Loved how spacious and large the room was. We had an entire apartment with a balcony for a really good price. The reception communicated very well with us to ensure we had a smooth check in and check out. They had a great and wide selection for breakfast which is especially and a pleasant surprise for Italy breakfast standards. The apartment is just a short walking distance from the beach and beachfront restaurants. It is such a homey and family oriented neighbourhood which was peaceful and lovely. Also stable WiFi for working as needed, although we went to the restaurants to work.
