My father and I stayed at this hotel in two separate rooms and both rooms were absolutely fine. Clean and homei. The entire building is beautiful, for us travels, it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of fields, and that was the beauty of it. No noise other than the natural noise. Perfect escape. Modern building with aircons,nicely maintained bathrooms, and the garden is absolutely gorgeous! There is a swimming pool also, which is also carefully maintained and looked inviting. The staff is kind and speaks enough English to communicate!

Really beautiful, clean and quiet place, far from the usual touristic chaos. The room was nice and spacious, so as the bathroom. The structure is recently renovated with good and modern taste. If you like peace and quiet in the middle of the nature, it’s a perfect stay. Brussa beach is 15 min by bike, as well as closest restaurants.

where to start: great location, lovely garden, patio and lounge. the staff is very welcoming and super nice. the room and bathroom perfect. in the evening they are serving wine and small plates - a must have! recommended a great restaurant for the evening as well. to end: the breakfast was amazing! fully recommended, will definitely come back! many thanks

.The accommodation fully met our expectations, we needed a bed and breakfast on our way to France. Everything is very clean and comfortable, and the host is friendly. Private parking was waiting for us in the courtyard of the buildings.

La Serenissima is simply extraordinary. To find such a place in an out of the way village such as Fossalta is quite amazing. Davide and Barbara are exceptionally kind and caring and helpful. The whole place is really luxurious without being offputting. I look forward to returning in the future.
