Very, very comfortable and cozy house. We had everything we needed for live and rest, super clean and modern, plenty of space and air, a garden for breakfast or dinner, private garage for your car. We slept like at home, with extremely comfortable pillows and mattresses and air conditioning in every bedroom. As far as shopping and sightseeing around, there is more than you can physically see and visit in 3-4 days. We didn't make it, we hope to return in the winter or spring. It was our 5th stay in this hotel and we were really satisfied. Hotel is situated just 10 min away from the airport and has a good restaurant on site. They provide free transfer from airport and back. Recommend!

The receptionists were incredibly helpful and nice! The facilities were amazing, there is a huge relaxing area and everything is new and modern with Neon lights.There are some board games also. There was also honesty bar where you can take drinks and snacks as well as coffee. The rooms were nice and they were cleaned every day during our stay. If you are coming with a car, they also have a lot of parking spaces as well as a garage. It is a perfect location if you plan to visit Milan, Como and Lugano. We had a great time!

When doing a long airport transfer I need 2 things: 1. Free shuttle 2. Access to public transport in order to explore the area. 3. Clean room This hotel has all, plus a great breakfast included in the price! For those staying I totally recommend taking a local train to Arona, a lovely lake town 20minutes to the north. Tip: no train ticket machine at the station so just enter the train and tell the conductor you want to buy a ticket and that there was no ticket machine so ticket price will be the same as normal (no extra fees).
