We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, with gorgeous landscapes all around. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and they were especially nice to our dog, which meant a lot to us. The food was also very good. Overall, a wonderful experience - I’d definitely recommend it to any friends and we will definitely come back.

I received an excellent treatment by all the members of the staff who remained consistently respectful and professional during my 17 days stay - answering questions always happy and with a smile regardless of the busy times and pressure of the season. The hotel was just what we needed in chaotic period of Christmas Holidays. There was never a lot of people, the pool area was empty dooring the sunny period from 11am-2pm so we somehow felt alone in a private spa. The temperature of the pools was 32 degrees and the outside heated pool often felt warmer. Location is quiet, don't expect any interesting restaurants and events. there is only beautiful nature and hiking options, with close proximity to great ski areas and old towns.

Here’s the extracted text from the image: Really impressed. Relaxing and well thought-out, a mix of modern design and the beautiful natural environment. My massage was absolutely heavenly — the best I’ve had in a very long time. I also tried the sauna, the steam room, and the cold immersion bath. Everything was spotless, brand new,m. And the views! The mountains around the resort are stunning, and viewable both from the room and the spa/pool. 🏔️ I had lunch and dinner at the restaurant. It felt like something out of a Michelin guide — very high quality, and beautifully presented.

Excellent service; special thanks to the young lady at the reception. Excellent breakfast, and lovely hotel cat entertaining guests in the lobby. Pool is a nice to have also. Lots of parking space. Amazing views from the room. Windows can be covered from light and sun with a mechanic curtain system. Basic hygiene is good.
