Very cosy apartment and surroundings are beautiful. Very easy to the main city and the beaches I south. The apartment is very clean with good so aircondition. Attilio’s House is very well organised, it has everything provided for a wonderful stay . The apartment is beautiful and clean, with wonderful attention to details in every way. Attilio was incredibly helpful with great advice and assistance whenever I needed it. The location of the apartment is very good. It is very close to the bus stop and all the important shops. Dear Owners of the Luxury Suites 115, I would like to start with saying THANK YOU. This was my first visit to Sardegna and I will keep it in very good and relaxing memory. Everytime I came back to the suite, it was like "coming home" for me. The suite itself was astonishing. It had everything you could possibly dream of while visiting such a beautiful island. From the little kitchen over to the comfortable bed, it was amazing. But my highlight out of everything was the whirlpool. I really liked chilling in it everyday, especially at night when the city dimmed down and all the lights showed, what beautiful sights Cagliari had to offer. Also the climate was good for survival and relieve when you were outside for a long time 😅. I'm very glad I chose this suite for my stay here in Cagliari and wanna thank you again for making it possible. It was myself a pleasure to meet you both the other day, you two seem like really nice persons! When I come back, I will stay at one of ur suites again for sure!

Our stay in Capoterra was really nice. The town is small, and what we need is just around. Supermarket, fruits and vegetables store and Restaurants are walking distance. We are 3 adults with 3 children from 6 to 7 years old. We booked for 7 nights and 2 rooms. Floriana was really nice. She gave us advice on where we can go to different beaches with the kids and let us drink a local liquor, which tasted good. She replied on time. The room was clean and spacious. The kids loved the small town and, of course, Floriana. Thank you for the warm accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is clean, large, well equipped and dog friendly with a big and fully fenced courtyard which includes secure off street parking. We spent our days in Cagliari which is about 20 minutes away but wished we had spent some time in the village of Capoterra as it looks like a charming old area. The property is owned by Marcelo, a young man who went out of his way to help us and was very reliable with any questions we had. No hesitation from us about staying there again.

It is a smaller town near Cagliari. There is good access to restaurants, shops. I recommend renting a car and visiting several beaches in the area, the city of Cagliari, taking a boat trip and swimming.

If you have a car you can explore beaches.

If you have a car you can explore beaches. It was August so many beaches were quite full, and normally you had to call to book. We went without calling and almost always found a spot somewhere (2 sunbeds and beach umbrella).It is impossible to stay on the beach with 33 degrees without an umbrella. Bring your own or rent one (in August the prices are high -50 euros). Only Spiagga Tuerreda was completely full and we would have to queue to get in. An interesting beach is Spiaggia di Nora (it also has 2 restaurants and archelogical site), so you can spend whole day there. Some beaches are reserved by the hotels nearby and you cannot use them- normally in one bay there are two or three beaches, one to book, one free, one from the hotel. I loved that you could see flamingos everywhere (from the highway, near beaches, next to our hotel). I would avoid going again in August though - it was too hot go walking in the city , to go birdwatching and cycling in the flamingo park (Molentargius)...Also, prices were much higher than out of season.

We really liked the discussions with Antonio and his wife about the island of Sardinia and local culture and history. They recommanded us very good restaurants and places to visit in the region. Capoterra is only about 15-minute drive from Cagliari.

A quiet village not far from Cagliari, it offers a variety of amenities, including restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend this for a budget-friendly stay but also for easy access to the various beaches to make the most of your Sardinian holiday.

Capoterra is a delightful place, close to the sea and...

Capoterra is a delightful place, close to the sea and surrounded by nature. The hosts are all very kind and helpful; I come here regularly for work and have stayed at four or five different B&Bs. The quiet rooms are truly appreciable, the facilities are beautiful and new, and the services are generally top-notch.

The house is like an art gallery. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was the best out of all the hotels I stayed in Sardinia. The location is outside the city, quiet but easily accessible.
