Great suite of rooms (3) and private terrace. Fridge in room too. Cleaned daily & fresh towels. Very quiet area which I loved. Tables & chairs in the garden and some very beautiful cats. Breakfast provided was good, cakes/pastries, and fresh bread, eggs & fruit daily. Kitchen available to use to cook when ever you wanted, tea coffee biscuits available all day if you want them. Private gated parking. Clothes washing facilities & lines outside. English speaking host on site. Large Coop supermarket within 5 mins walk & a cafe there too. A fruit /veg stall on the main road. There is also a pizza restaurant & a seafood restaurant very close you can walk to and you can use the facilities at the big hotel at the marina (swimming pool etc) for €25 a day.

The wonderful white sand beaches on the East coast - going by car just 10 minutes you'll find first of them, then next and next... Actually drive any sideway with the "spaggia" on it and you are there:) The same is with places for dining - 'Mammai" is the closest but there are a lot of small places for Sardininan local cuisine that are worth to try. Shops are the same - for the first round the Coop is closest, but you may find many more if you like self catering.

Clean and beautiful hotel near to Cagliari. You need to take a bus ( 50 mins) or car/taxi ( 20 mins) to get here. There is a great seafood restaurant near to the hotel ( 10 mins walk) , calls Mammai. I tried several times it was great. Locals love it as well. I had a lovely relaxing time here. Definitely recommend it ;)

The property location is perfect! Just 5 minutes walking distance away from the nearest beach. Cagliari city centre is 20 minutes drive. Nearest grocery shop and cafe are 5 minutes drive. Eating places are 5 minutes drive (Green House Pizza & Mammai serve very delicious food with reasonable prices). The villa was very comfortable for the company of 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. Very nice accommodation! The host was responsive the whole stay.

Simone has a beautiful house, exactly as presented on the pictures. It was very clean and lovely decorated which makes it a perfect house to spend some days in. We could contact Simone at any time in case of questions and he made everything possible what we asked for (late check in for example). Many thanks for that! Also, the area is beautiful and only 25-30 minutes by car to the City Center of Cagliari. I would highly recommend spending some time here.

The hotel is in a quiet location. It feels safe as you enter the room through the gated garden. The room and bathroom are comfortable and really clean. Beautiful painting on the walls makes the decor very unique. The breakfast is good, and the owner is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Location was as expected, a 25 minute drive to Cagliari but parking is not fun. Suggest the main train station car park avoiding the centre of town. Local great supermarkets, but do need a car.
