Have been looking for a nice place to stay in this quiet and scenic area for a while now. The view is amazing. You have sun in/around the pool until the sun goes down behind a mountain, which was even in september at like 19:30. It's very private and a big area outside where you can enjoy the view and weather. They make their own stuff, so you can get homemade ham, sausages, peppers, eggs, oils, wines and stuff, its basicly a shop on the other side of your house. And because its that private you have to be prepared to go up the mountains for like 15 minutes off the centre of Orvieto. BUTTT it gives you the best view you've ever had. We're planning on coming back in a few years. Also the people were so nice!

Breakfast was top notch & value for money with a capuccino to remember. Location was idyllic with an all weather long indoor pool. Staff - the 3 of them Paola, Valentina & the cappuccino/barista were extremely kind & informative providing us with all the information we needed. Excellent hosts indeed. It is in a beautiful location-gorgeous views all around. The staff of wonderful and helpful. The pool was great fun and all the food we had was delicious. This was our second time here and we’d be happy to return. We had the two-bedroom ground floor apartment which was comfortable with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor space. Special mention to the staff who are very helpful and accommodating.
