The location and service were outstanding — the entire experience was absolutely perfect. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful: the reception team, the breakfast team, the person who helped with our luggage, the elevator and car, and the added bonus of a free parking spot right in front of the hotel. The infrastructure is good: huge rooms, huge bathrooms, huge...

The infrastructure is good: huge rooms, huge bathrooms, huge parking space (and Tesla superchargers!) but obviously you're in the middle of nowhere and the outlook of our room ws a DHL warehouse. Wish is ok when you are just on transit in the area, but I wouldn't stay here more then one night.

The staff were fine.

The staff were fine. However, the food really needs improvement. Breakfast was very disappointing: mediocre bread, fruit in syrup, and a few fresh fruits (apples, oranges, grapes), yogurt that wasn't really fresh, hard-boiled eggs that weren't cooked on-site, few seeds—in short, really no good products. The pool was heavily chlorinated and cost €20 per day for a standard room!

A few kilometers from the center is the well-maintained...

A few kilometers from the center is the well-maintained Secchia Park. If you enjoy a walk in the fresh air, this is the perfect place. In the evening, however, you'll have to leave the town because there's nothing to do. I recommend Modena or Carpi.

We booked two rooms, both same price and same type but we were given two sperate rooms under the pretense that we didnt pay for the same rooms. both rooms were on different levels. The top floor room didnt have hot water and the flow was very slow. No AC or fans, almots couldnt breathe ...luckily we could open the windows. The bottom room was ok, spacious and nice beds. There is free parking at the site and outside of the hotel.

This hotel was great for our two night stay whilst we explored Modena and Bologna. The rooms were very big clean. Plenty of room facilities were good. Breakfast was very nice, a huge selection of food. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night which was also lovely and very reasonably priced. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The pool was great fun and super clean to was a great way to relax in the evening.
