Eleanora and Roberto were the most exceptional and hospitable hosts we have ever experienced in our travels. The Villa is bellisimo. The food, view, people and overall experience was life changing. We have never enjoyed a stay as much as we have here. We cannot wait to return. We truly consider Eleanora and Roberto new found family.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. While the room was a bit too cold initially, the heating option provided quickly made it more comfortable. Overall, it was a nice experience and we would consider staying here again.

Very old house with very old furniture and tiny windows, so quite dark. The bathroom was clean, the rest of the room not so much, including towels. There is a mini restaurant in the house for the guests, the food is quite average, the wine is not bad. The house is located on a top of a hill with very nice views. The courtyard is also big, but there were empty bottles, plastic containers, cigaret butts and other trash lying around.

It's not a tourist haven, but I went for health care so I was not a tourist. The train station has a lot of stairs and no services -- not even posted train schedules, personnel, or ticket office.
Gigi's L'Angolo della Pizza is honest and you can sit outdoors.
The Dulcinea Bar near the train station as well as Tiziana's beauty parlor next door are both great.
Summer bus service is one every hour for the number 4 to Prato, more frequent perhaps twice an hour for the Number 2 to Florence.
Nice herb shop on Via Roma in the center and great ice cream mamma papa shop on the main central street.
An absolute dream of a stay. The place is pleasantly secluded, situated on the hills above Florence, so expect a fantastic view. The residence itself is adorably quaint and time stops the very moment you walk in. We were invited to dine under the wings of the nonna of the house (or so we imagined) - words are not enough to describe this divine experience. Bonus points for the friendly cats that kept us company :) Highest recommendation. The owners are super welcoming and we would 110% return.
The breakfast was quite basic, with few items, compared to other "Italian breakfasts" that we had at other accommodations on our trip. The price for the 2 nights was a great value, so that made up for having spent more on lunch. The location was rather remote (it took us about 45 minutes to drive to Florence), but our GPS had no trouble finding it. The views from the property were beautiful, as were the olive groves and the surrounding landscape.
Location close to highway, we stopped en route to Lazio. Plenty of excellent restaurants around ; be sure to check them before arrival and book a table. Our first two selections were fully booked, but we found an excellent one (for meat lovers only) Quinto Quarto few minutes drive away. The hotel was clean, well equipped and spacious rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. Highly recommend.
My room was very neat and clean. The hotel staff tried to help as much as they could. Although I made a reservation for 3 nights, I stayed only one day due to the distance of the road. so they didn't charge me extra. the hotel is 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. If you are looking for a place close to the airport for an overnight stay, this place is ideal
The location of the hotel is so convenient, we just drove there straight from the highway. The lady at the reception was so helpful, she directed us to the closest restaurant where we had dinner even though it was 11pm. The room was super cozy and comfortable equipped with everything you need.
Our boat from Corsica arrived with massive delay and had to find a place to stay last minute, the 24h reception was a blessing.
It's a roadside hotel, for that it's a great one. Spacious rooms, fairly quiet, air conditioning, comfy beds. The breakfast buffet was plenty and pretty good.
It was 15k out of Florence, 20 minutes by train, but a very short walk to the home. Breakfast was very simple, rolls and coffe/tea in the room. The room itself had been recently redone and was well kept. The host Mauro was friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable.
Location is great, just between Bologna and Firenze, very close to Barberino Outlet and roughly 1h from any landmarks/towns in Toscany, like Lucca, Siena,SG, Pisa…
Also staff is great, especially one lady at breakfast with her positive attitude and homemade cakes…
The hotel, parking and staff were all really nice. The restaurant at the hotel was very good too with OK prices, but nothing to write home about.
The breakfast was very nice with good coffe and a lot of items to choose from
Location was good, the front desk staff was efficient and very friendly. We liked the free parking. In the room each bedside had power outlet for cell phone charger. The bed was comfortable. This is a dog friendly hotel.
The host has my heart. He is the sweetest host I have ever come across. I like the location a little away from the city and the property was super clean. If you are traveling to Florence this stay is a must.
