The accommodation is part of an incredible villa built in the 1970s, which impresses at first sight with its grandeur. The annex is cozy and equipped with all the amenities described in the listing. The garden available to guests is spacious and beautiful, especially in the early mornings and late afternoons. The pool, accessible to guests, was particularly welcome during the hot days. Additionally, the property offers free parking, either on the street or within the estate, which was very convenient since we had our bikes with us. The area surrounding the villa and annex is very peaceful; throughout our stay, we enjoyed the constant soundtrack of birdsong and cicadas. The hostess was extremely hospitable, responsive, and always willing to help. Communication in English was not a problem at all. In terms of location, while not directly on Lake Garda, it's only about a 20-minute drive to towns like Desenzano or Sirmione, making it a convenient base for those who don't mind a short trip for lake views. Considering what this accommodation offers compared to others around Lake Garda, it's definitely an attractive alternative. Overall, our experience at Villa Caffetto Dépendance was delightful, thanks to the charm of the villa, the comfort of the annex, and the warmth of our hostess. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat for two near Lake Garda.

This hotel was a great choice for our visit, extremely easy access to the city center and the nearby ferry port. While the walk from the train station was a bit longer, it's still one of the closest options available since the station itself is located a little outside the central area. Our room was cozy, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, just what we needed after long days of exploring. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, with plenty of variety to choose from. One standout detail: they served honey straight from the bee hive, which was both unique and delicious. Overall, a lovely stay with thoughtful touches. We’d happily return next time we’re in town!
