We loved our stay at Petrus Rooms and couldn't have asked for a better base in lovely Caiazzo. I was a bit wary of booking a new property without any reviews but am so glad I did. The property has just opened and everything is sparkling clean, well designed and super comfortable. Although we didn't meet the staff they were available via Whatsapp and left free snacks, drinks and water for us in the room. We loved our included breakfast at the best caffè in town, a few minutes' stroll away. Hotel coffee is always disappointing so we actually much prefer going to a local caffè, and this one made one of the best cappuccinos of our trip, plus the staff were super friendly. Caiazzo is a real gem and we loved our amazing dinner at Pepe in Grani and chatting with the welcoming locals. We hope to return and will not hesitate to book Petrus Rooms again. It was one of our favourite spots during our three week trip. Grazie e alla prossima!

Our stay was exceptionally good!! There are two bedrooms (each equipped with a bathroom and a shower) alongside a well equipped kitchen including an oven, a large stovetop, great grinding coffee machine and more! The place is a beautiful and thoughtful ecological, family run farm. They grow everything from farm animals to fruits and vegetables as well as having their own small winery!! The place and the views were amazing and the couple that run the place made sure to show us around and let us greet all the animals as well as taste each and every fruit that was just ripe! We would recommend coming to the place for at least two night! The place is suitable for small families as well as couples who would love to stay at their own private heaven. In addition to all of that, the place is situated about 10-15 minutes by walk to the famous “Pepe In Grani” restaurant, which is also a must visit in the area.

The property is well located in Caiazzo, a short walk from the Main Street and the famous Pepe in Grani pizzeria. There is parking on the street outside the apartment. The apartment is extremely clean, well equipped, the bed was comfortable. There were also lovely extra touches here and there that really made us feel well taken care of. The owners are some of the loveliest people I have ever met: kind, available, always smiling, and they go the extra mile. Very recommended!!

Per our experience, the locals were friendly, helpful and accommodating where we had an issue with our vehicle. They helped us, even recommended a nearby shop and furthermore, the owner of the shop was receptive, helpful and accommodating and most importantly, the rate was reasonable.

A charming little town !

A charming little town ! Casa Aulivo is a charming B&B and the owners were so sweet and the breakfast was excellent, on the terrace with a beautiful view! We ate at Pepe in Grani- hands down the best pizza we have ever had, and the pockets were delicious.

Loved Caiazzo, car parking is only available in the...

Loved Caiazzo, car parking is only available in the multistorey which is seriously steep. The town is beautiful and everyone was really friendly and helpful. If you are visiting to eat in Pepe in Grani, you will not be disappointed. The pizza experience was second to none. We also had lunch in Il buco, that was also delicious, with local cured meats, cheeses, bruschette and wines from Caiazzo. Highly recommend it. We drove from Rome to Caiazzo, straightforward drive, arrived within 2 hours 20 minutes.
