Rita was the kindest most big hearted and accommodating hostess. She treated my daughter and me as if we were family. The room was squeaky clean, spacious and the AC was fantastic. We even had our own little patio area. The breakfast was sumptuous with fresh food and many choices. I hope to come back. Our host Barbara is a bundle of energy and we were treated like family. We stayed in an adjacent building to the family house. The property is large with an inner courtyard. Her husband has a 1992 Piaggi truck which he had in the courtyard one day for the olive harvest (Piaggi fans will know what I am talking about). We travelled off-season so it wasn’t hot (20C) but the shaded portions of the courtyard would be perfect to retreat to on a hot day. Breakfast was classic, with Barbara making us fresh pastries and fruit every morning along with yoghurt and granola. Barbara made us cappuccinos every morning. The room is very dark and quiet at night so we slept very soundly. It was as clean as your own mother would make her home. Wifi worked fine. There was a restaurant literally next door where burgers and steaks were available (man cannot live on pasta alone). There is an excellent seafood restaurant, Sa Bell’e Crabasa, where we ate both days at lunch. Have the appetizer tasting menu one day - it’s superb. And parking wasn’t hard. Was able to park in a white-line spot in front of the house (free until 9 AM, then paid to 1 PM, then free again). Bring your little blue-zone parking dial card to extend your free stay until 9:30 AM. Definitely go to the Archeological museum in Cabras to see the stone giant warriors.

Cabras is not that touristy, it is a living little city. We liked that a lot. There was a festa when we were there and we felt part of it. Cabras is also well situated to go to different places at the coast and the mountains. There are many good restaurants with delicious fish and seafood, but also meat.

Luisessa is a remarkable host and works hard to to make your visit as great as possible…as a Cabras native she knows the city’s history, the best places to go as well as the best restaurants & she is extremely knowledgeable about the beaches. Her breakfasts are wonderful, especially the seatas, and she makes a great long coffee!

The location was ideal, right in the centre of Cabras but with easy parking options. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia (Is Arrutas, Mari Ermi) and archeological sights (Tharros ..) were within 20 minutes drive from the house! Furthermore, the host Bettina was always available upon request, very friendly and helpful. She even brought us some local products to try. I brought my father and my son there for a family break as we all live in different parts of the world and we had a wonderful time. We cannot wait to come back again!!

Samuele e Gianluca, the persons who take care of the apartment were really helpful and if we had any queries they immediately supported us. Kitchen was equipped, we had the coffee machine and free capsules to do coffee. Bedrooms: clean and comfortable. The washing machine was very useful and the place has a court yard where we could relax and enjoy the peace of Cabras.

Barbara is a fantastic host and made us very welcome. She offered a drink on arrival and advised on places to visit. She gave us a permit for parking as it isn't possible to park outside all the time. The B&B has a lovely little pool for a welcome dip in the heat of summer. Cabras is a lovely town which comes alive at night. The breakfast at the B&B was fabulous!

A great place to stay in Cabras very close to the main beaches and attractions in the zone. Marco was a great host with immediate communication and was very responsive to questions and requests. Definitely a place to consider to turn back in our next visits.
