The host lady was very friendly and helpful. The place was really clean and well prepared. Very quiet area. Air conditioning inside both rooms made it easy to relax, even though the outside temperature was around 34 degree Celsius.

First of all - Vera is a super-optimistic, welcome and friendly host. She sent us a short welcome note the first day and 'warned' :) us she spoke no English. We were lucky enough to have Vera also hosting her family for their holidays - and they were coming from London, which we took as advantage in this case;P Other than that, with Vera's willingness to provide any help and seeking for good communication with guests, having in mind translating-apps present all around these days we find the 'warning' being a no-issue at all:) The apartment is so well-fully-equipped and intuitive to use so you end up not needing to ask anything at all, besides guidance for local 'must-see' places around (which we recommend doing by the way). So, the apartment is actually the whole ground floor of a stand-alone house, having a beautiful, well maintained surrounding garden. It has two entries (one from the kitchenette to small Summer table space opening towards the garden and the place where you park your car, 3 bedrooms (one, no, actually two double-bed ones - fresh bed linen inclusive), spacious living room with a big table and corner coach, and the open kitchen. All of that is just READY for anything that you (we) imagine on doing for daily living, even coffee and the traditional moka-pot. The cooking plate is gas/flame while the stove is electric, as well as keettle. All dishes are ready bor cooking, warming, baking and serving, however, you gotta wash them 'by-hand' afterwards;) Vera has a cabinet full of beautiful crystal glasses of all kinds, which you can utilise for evening aperoles and so on. There is mid+ -sized fridge with froster. Bathroom offers a spacious shower and a set of fresh towels. What is rather unique, there are roller blinds in EACH window - no need to worry for the early-morning sun if you don't like that. I probably forgot to mention a half of the house advantages, forgive me.

Room with three beds had ample space and room with two beds was comfortable, too. Rooms, house and grounds are beautifully and tastefully decorated. We asked for a water heater and cups and we immediately received them. Service is very responsive and friendly. Air condition in the room worked very well. Cappuccinos at breakfast were excellent. This feels much more than a two star hotel.

We stayed for two nights at the end of October 2024. The villa and its gardens are stunning, the rooms spacious and newly restructured with lots of hot water and fast wifi, the breakfast abundant and the staff charming and helpful. Stevenà, a “frazione“ (sub-municipality) of Caneva has several interesting other villas to see and is situated at the foot of the Prealps. You only have to walk for 30‘ on one of the many well-marked footpaths to enjoy views over the plain stretching down to Venice.

The stay at this villa is just exceptional, there is an aura of peacefulness, the setting, and the place takes you to a journey of a peice of Italian history. Set out on beatiful Italian gardens with fountains and well kept dining tables and chill out areas, villa Luppis is the real place to unwind relax and find a charming place. The staff are super helpful and very professional, bfast is served with a charm in one of the rooms with a baroque feeling,restaurant is on another and a big dining hall on another part of the villa. Truly recommended experience thank you

Great location close to the place if my visit, but also at the foot of the mountain with very picturesque view from the room, huge parking, good breakfast, everything you need in the room. Very friendly personnel. I once stayed in this hotel, and loved it. Since i travel for work often in this part of the country i was always trying to book this hotel, but it was always full! This time i was in luck. Didn’t visit the restaurant this time but it is fantastic, recommend. Although you have to book in advance as it is really popular
