Diana and George (sp?) we’re so welcoming and helpful. They made our stay so comfortable. The hotel and garden are absolutely beautiful and peaceful. A really great place to stay after a long flight. Oh, and the breakfast, which included eggs, sausages, bacon, croissant, fresh orange juice, fruit and yogurt, etc, was amazing. We would definitely come back.

My time at Poggio delle Molare was amazing. It was just what I needed relaxing yet plenty to do like get in the hot tub, swim in the stunning pool, walk down the road to the amazing restaurant I ate at both nights during my stay. The complimentary breakfast was incredible and my room was beautiful. I woke up early and watched the sun rise on my private deck overlooking the Italian countryside in my plush robe provided for me. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in too! The owner Monica was amazing and helped me get there safely even accommodating me when I needed to check in a little late. I can not wait to go back!

Amazing location right in front of Lago di Bracciano! - good selection of pastries and continental dishes for breakfast. The rooms we had got a magnificent view of the lake , castle , tennis courts, pádel court and the swimming pool. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly! Spotlessly clean, with all the amenities! in the kitchen and in every room, it has an espresso coffee maker and capsules to make your coffee. also, there is a cafe for French Coffee. It’s a lovely medieval town close to a large lake that has other equally pretty towns worth a visit. The lake is very quiet out of season and in the summer is probably busy with boats and other traffic. Restaurants in Bracciano are reasonable and served good food for a variety of tastes. Nearby national park is worth visiting and offers forest walks and beautiful views.

Bracciano is vey good for a day trip from Rome, to visit the Orsini-Odescalchi Castle inside: furniture (I love the ‘baldachino’ beds), guns and armors, and for photos of the lake and medieval town from the terraces. In the evening there’s a special lighting for a picture of the Castle. There are very good restaurants around the castle like the Ristorantino and Trattoria del Castello.

An old Italian town with a castle overseeing a lake with reasonably priced and good Italian food and gelato. The medieval castle Castello Orsini-Odescalchi is well preserved. From sightseeing point of view and for food, it would have been enough for 2 nights.

Amazing town, high up in the mountain overlooking Lago Bracciano. Recommend a car, but there’s limited parking nearby. Walk up lake is steeeeep! Do not try to walk on the road, because there are no sidewalks. There is a VERY STEEP paved short-cut.

A beautiful romantic place near Rome.

A beautiful romantic place near Rome. The accessibility to Rome by train or car is perfect. The train goes to Rome after 30 minutes. By car you can reach the city using the motorway in 40 min. If you park your car in the parking house at the Jonio or Laurentina metro terminus, you have the opportunity to explore Rome in the evening until 0:15, when the garages close. Parking costs just 1.5 EUR. However, the town of Bracciano itself is worth the tour, including the castle and the shores of the volcanic lake.

We stayed here looking for a pleasant and quiet place to wait for our travel insurance to arrange a flight back home forced by a significant leg injury. The hotel was indeed in a pleasant place and had facilities we were unable to use. The room was comfortable with a good lake view (L Bracciano). Parking was easy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with what they were able to do. The one dinner we had was very good, and the breakfasts more than adequate.

Absolutely amazing! The location is fantastic – just a 10-minute walk from the lake and 10 minutes from the town. The hotel itself is stunning, like a villa straight out of a movie, with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and charming garden. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Staying here truly made our holiday one of the best we’ve ever had

Had all we needed to cook and wash our clothes. Be good for a family as there was plenty of space. Easy trips to Rome by train, 48 minutes, and Orvieto. Lake is nice along trevignano boardwalk and the old town and castle of Bracciano is great. Parking a little tight, Marco was a good host who was very helpful
