We stayed at the Diana Majestic hotel on our way from Nice to Sestri Levante, and this is a hotel that truly punches above its 4* rating. We especially appreciated: # The modern room with the balcony that overlooked the beach. # The large comfortable king size bed. # The high quality linens and towels in the room and the amenities in the bathroom. # The potential to have tea and coffee making in the room. # The gourmet snacks that was served with our afternoon aperitif. # The lovely location for dinner, on the deck overlooking the ocean, and the beautiful table, setting, including close, napkins, and highly polished silverware. # And our evening and breakfast meals were high quality and delicious. # The large pool, and pool area, with plenty of lounges and the ability to find shade under the olive trees # Having access to the private beach. The very helpful and friendly staff. # The free secure onsite parking # Watching the glorious sunrise over the water from our room was just icing on the cake! This is a most comfortable hotel that I would highly recommend if you are ever in the area.

This hotel is in a city centre location but was easy to find and has a secure underground car park. We only stayed overnight but were able to find a superb restaurant (Dalla Padella alla Brace) just minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the two ladies serving breakfast were extremely friendly and helpful.
