Everything was amazing for me,the family that runs this hotel was amazing ,did their best to acomodate us and our needs,very friendly ,polite ,made us feel like home . Food was very nice too ,good choice for breakfast .The rooms were very clean and spacious ,views are beautiful,pool was very clean . There’s nothing bad to say about this stay. This hotel is a gem. We booked a 5 night stay and we absolutely loved it. This place is designed for relaxation and is a great jumping off point for exploring the region. All of the facilities- pool, dining room, bedroom are lovely and well appointed. But the best thing is how accommodating the staff are. All of the staff, but particularly Yaunes at the desk, made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. They were very accommodating, answered our questions and created a very positive vibe. The rooms are large and uncluttered and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinners were terrific. Someone noted that they don't serve lunch, but they have a bar menu that includes items like salads with protein that are more and enough for lunch. Another plus is the free shuttle that takes you to the station or into the town. It was also easy to walk into town on our own but I would not recommend trying to walk to the hotel with luggage.

Spacious room, breakfast was included in the price, hotel transfer to Levanto and back to the hotel. Free parking as well. We wanted to have a kettle in the room and the staff organised us a kettle for our stay.

It was so special to be so close to Cinque Terre region by...

It was so special to be so close to Cinque Terre region by train and then to come back to the quiet comfort of Hotel Belvedere in the afternoon. There are great opportunities to hire a bike for a few hours and ride to the neighbouring towns of Fremura and Levanto- with all straight road access- no hills involved! The only downfall is the walk up and down the hill for the hotel and town commute- it can become quite tiresome after a long day of sightseeing - but overall a wonderful unforgettable stay

Small, charming village that offered authentic local cuisine, great beaches, and not too crowded (even for high season). All restaurants we tried offered tasty food. The best offer was the Tourist lunch menu at Perballe - 15 Euros and the choices were delicious and fresh.

A quiet little town, perfect for relaxing after a trip to...

A quiet little town, perfect for relaxing after a trip to the overcrowded Cinque Terre. The locals are charming and helpful. You can find everything you need (groceries, restaurants, ATMs, etc.). The beach is beautiful, and the village is a true slice of Italy, just the way we like it. The nearby train station provides access to all destinations on the Genoa-La Spezia line.

A perfect location for hikes along the Ligurian coast. At the same time, it boasts a perfect beach in the bay, surrounded by steep, verdant hills. The village has retained its original character.

Bonassola is a small, quiet, picturesque village.

Bonassola is a small, quiet, picturesque village. The sea is crystal clear. Some might find it a bit too quiet, but the nearest larger town, Levante, is quickly accessible via a cycle path through a former railway tunnel. The Cinque Terre villages and the city of La Spezia are also easily reached by train. So we were never bored!

Three different beach bars to suit every taste.

Three different beach bars to suit every taste. The one near the hotel offers the best value for money, in our opinion. Good food is also available in Scernio, with wonderful views of Levanto. There's a market in Levanto on Wednesdays and a small one in Bonassola on Thursdays.

great location close to the shore, historic building, nice design elements, superior equipment (washing machine, kitchen utensils, hair dryer etc) Bonassola is not as busy as the Cinque Terre (which is great - the 5T were very! crowded), but you've got all you need (stores, farmacia, restaurants, railway station) Stefano is very hospitable and supportive.

Luca was a really great host. He kindly answered all our questions and he told us how to visit cinque terre. This accommodation is a great location for visiting cinque terre. We left our car in Bonassola and walked about 5 minutes to the train station. Everything was super convenient. Thanks a lot Luca for your hospitality.
