Words can't describe how perfect our stay at Casa de Giulietta was. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly and offered to help us get from the train station to the house, as the busses aren't great, so this was beyond helpful! The house itself was beautiful and very unique. Incredibly clean and has a lovely creative atmosphere. The town/village of Bomarzo is so beautiful also, nice chilled vibe and the nearby Sacro Bosco Monster Park was amazing! Please book a stay at Casa de Giulietta - we would definitely love to return, and next time for longer!

Gorgeous little town with an incredible restaurant (L'Etrusca Bistrot which serves the best carpaccio and tiramissù we have ever had in our lives) just down the outside lift (that whole part of the village is on three stories as it is built into the rocks). Easy walking distance from the Monster Park in the Sacro Bosco which is what we went there for. Just remember to ask for the arch (Arco) to walk through the shortcut and save walking all the way around which is just the way for driving.

The location is splendid, you are in the heart of the ancient “borgo”. Very nice terrace and common area for the guests.,The room is completely new and very clean. The bed is comfortable. Excellent view from the window. Very nice bathroom.

I loved the Necropolis of Santa Catarina and the Pyramid, it wasn't so easy to reach as I was expecting and you need a hiking app for sure, like Komoot. The park of Bomarzo is more chill, very family friendly.

The Sacred Woods are a magical place.

The Sacred Woods are a magical place. In the historic center of Bomarzo, it feels as if time has stood still. Palazzo Orsini and the only souvenir shop are open only on Saturdays and Sundays: even in August, not the best way to attract tourists.

My stay was very short and didn't allow me to delve deeper into Bomarzo. The Park of Monsters... simply beautiful! I recommend everyone visit it, taking their time, because it's an enchanted place, suspended in time, where you can reflect on the essence of life.

The village is very beautiful and characteristic, although rarely talked about or publicized. Along with the Garden of Monsters, it represents a truly unique site that deserves further promotion, as they aren't as closely connected as one might expect. Signage is barely visible.

Bomarzo is an otherwise unassuming village perched atop a tufa hill, with a historic town center dating back to the 16th century and a beautiful park, the Sacro Bosco (also known as the 'Park of Monsters'), featuring a variety of whimsical sculptures. Both are well worth a visit. The trattoria on the main street is also highly recommended, offering excellent, simple dishes of local cuisine.

The historic center is timeless, perched and ancient, with a great atmosphere. The newer area with services and a supermarket is about a 1km walk away. The Sacred Woods is an initiatory journey worth undertaking. Palazzo Orsini is not well managed, as it remains mostly closed and closed to visitors.
