Up on a hill the room was comfortable and cozy with a nice terrace with a great view of the city. The neighborhood was peaceful and very safe and Alessandro is a really nice and helpful host. Definitely a place i would come back :)

Lovely spa hotel in the city center, great location (you can visit all the sights by foot), superb interior & very nice staff! But what really made an impression was the breakfast! Amazing buffet with local and fresh delicacies and also an a la carte menu with egg variations, pancakes etc. Would love to come back someday ;)

The hotel is located at the very heart of Palermo city center. Within 10 minutes walking distance you can reach all the important monuments. The rooms are recently renovated and the bathroom is just excellent. The breakfast is very rich in a cosy restaurant at the ground floor. All these are easy to figure out from the map and by studying all the photos and info included in the various reviews. What might be harder to spot is the staff of the hotel that places heart and soul to make your stay truly memorable. I felt as if they already knew all my habits - always anticipating my needs. This took me completely by surprise.

I was impressed by the professional attitude of the hotel staff. Pietro, a young but very professional and helpful hotel manager, welcomed and hosted us. One of the best hotel staff members I ever met in my life! Thank you, Pietro! Excellent breakfast whuch I didn't expect in Italy where croissants and coffee are a kind of standard.
