Stayed at this B&B the night before my wedding and the hostess was so kind and accommodating. She rose early with us as we had a 5am starting time for hair and makeup, had coffee and breakfast ready, helped iron clothes and was so very considerate. Just exceptional truly.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and comfortable, very practical for a family. We came late at night with three young sleeping children, the room was ready for us, check in took no time. Beds were comfortable and the crib we requested was ready and made up for us. Breakfast was exactly what you need with children, large variety. Staff were nice and helpful. Gave us great recommendations for the following day. We are very grateful!

The apartment has everything you need, including a washing machine. It was spotless, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We also really appreciated the good coffee in the morning! Sutri is a beautiful town that’s definitely worth visiting when in Italy, and the apartment’s location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk from the gate to the historic center.

Exceptional stay in Monterosi. The appartment is gorgeous. So peaceful and clean and amazing. The garden is marvelous. Dilyana the owner is so kind and helpful. Also an amazing breakfast in the morning. Great location in the heart of Monterosi. 15 minutes walk to the beautiful lake. I m going to miss this place. Loved it so much.
