We spent once more a fantastic evening in the restaurant on Jan 30 and an unforgettable New year's Eve dinner there (for the second time in a row). It is like being at home. Ornella, the owner is made for hospitality. Nothing is a problem. She takes great pride in the place. Sumptuous breakfast. Quite location and ideal for Villa Manin. Ample private and secure parking. We left with the feeling that we had visited a dear friend. We had stayed at other places in the area but this place is tops.

I was staying here at the beginning of April 2023. The host was very welcoming and kind. The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. There is private spacious parking. There is a very good restaurant - I had a dinner there as well as included breakfast. The food is great, again the host is very helpful to adjust your meal. The beds in the room are comfortable and the pillows are extremely good!

Everything was absolutely fine. We had to modify our check in time because of traffic issues but there was no problem with it at all. Dogs in the back garden are super cute :). All important facilities like pizzeria, supermarket, ice cream, etc. are nearby. Our host was really helpful and gave us very good breakfast. Also there is an insane amount of choice of available types of coffee which is definitely a big plus because we are heavily addicted. We will definitely return.
