We really enjoyed our stay! Fabrizio was great to work with! He was very communicative, provided flexible check-in options for us, and guidance on where to park our car. This villa is excellent for sea side holidays. Stunning see view, particularly during sun sets. Swimming pool and private access to a small, but virtually private beach are superb. Transparent water with big rocks is perfect for diving and snorkelling. The place is also perfect for relaxing swim. It is working distance to nearest village Aspra with lots of excellent sea food restaurants. And it is also easy to get to Palermo from the local train station (about 1.5km walk).

Everything was great. Clean property, good breakfast. New bathroom tiles, bidet, air conditioning, refrigerator in the room, even a safe. Attention to detail. Close to the beach, a shop around the corner, a square in the center right on the sea with views of Palermo and the sunset. A nature reserve nearby. Beautiful and long walking trails. A wonderful caretaker of the property, very helpful. A wonderful vacation. I hope to see you again in the future. We will miss you.

The most amazing spot to enjoy the city of Palermo - but with a relaxed vibe. You have privacy, and amazing view looking over the sea, easy access to the city (train/car) and also easy to do day trips to nearby towns. Perfect spot to chill all day, or come back to after a day of touring.

The location was perfect for our stay at Bagheria. We really enjoyed staying there. The apartment was clean & tidy. It was in a quiet cul de sac,away from the busy traffic. We would certainly stay there again if we ever visited Bagheria again.
