Quaint little village with two good restaurants with 1min. Quiet (church bells in the morning) and picturesque. Good launch point to various locations to visit in Chianti. Parking is nearby, abundant, and free. The host was excellent. He helped us with bringing our bags upstairs from the car, did a full walkthrough of the place and stuck around for an hour in the shop downstairs just to make sure everything was ok. When we needed some assistance with turning on the water heater a couple hours later, he guided us over the phone successfully, but still came back in person just to make sure everything was ok. The morning after the first night, we discovered our car wouldn't start. The parking garage attendant in our previous accommodation in Florence had changed our headlight settings from auto to manual and we didn't realise he had changed the settings and so parked our car leaving the lights on the whole night. So flat battery the next morning. We called our host and though it was a long weekend, and he was out with family, he came by in 20min to help us jump start our car. Kind and helpful the whole three nights we stayed. The house itself was big. One full bathroom and one ensuite toilet. Fully equipped kitchen and ample heating for the whole house.

Amazing stay, property is very nice in Olive trees, lots of shadow and excellent view from the hill. Apartment is spacious, and every room have a private space to chill and relax. Honestly, I wanted to cancell all my plans and just keep chilling at this amazing house. There are also very cute donkeys. Love them a lot. Hospitality is just beyond all the exceptions, Bianca is the nicest person I ever meet and you feel soo welcome here, that it really reminds you of holidays at your favorite grandmother. We bought a bottle of local wine and it was good too. It is a great place to slow down and enjoy the view and life. Thank you so much, I really hope to come back one day.

Most perfect place we had in Italy. Freshly renovated, comfortable, 3 AC (1 per oom and the kitchen), Emmanuel is very nice and easy going Quiet place with a view of the wineyard. A kitchen you can cook in! Not just utensils, oil, salt, spices, coffee and even pasta were in the kitchen! Very comfy bed, soft towels, good internet. Very spacious rooms. The dishes were hand painted, the kind you'd want to find and bring back home. (We didn't!) Next to 2 amazing restaurants! Public parking nearby. Just the room key is worth the visit, it looks like a dungeon key ! Pure bliss, thanks Emmanuel!

Loved everything, the staff was really kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much, the room was clean and very very beautiful, there was a welcome aperitivo when we arrived and the swimming pool was so peaceful with amazing scenery.

This is the 2nd time we stay here, that’s how nice it is. We happen to be there in 15 August on national holiday in Italy and hotel organized large buffet with live singer, we had an amazing time. We had to check out early and the staff provided us with a breakfast to go, so kind and attentive.

The breakfast was amazing, it showcased the food of the region and to top it off the view from the terrace was brilliant !! Everything was fresh and delicious. It was a treat to have some homecooked items daily. It was so filling we rarely needed anything for lunch, it was that good. The room was spacious and was well appointed for our needs. Non-intrusive daily house-keeping. We made use of the onsite parking and the grounds around the villa were lovely. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it was very inviting. Walking distance to the town was a mere few minutes where all the restaurants, cafes, banks and good gelato shops were waiting, Loved walking through and around the old town with the locals going about their daily life. Very friendly. Best of all were the hosting family and staff !!! Very warm and welcoming and most helpful when you needed something like places to eat, towns to visit and things to do. They could not do enough for us. They were fantastic !!

Beautiful village it is like something out of a fairytale.

Beautiful village it is like something out of a fairytale. We eat in a little wine bar with stunning views over vineyards, Divine Chianti restaurant. Delicious. We went to see the monastery, it is worth a visit. All in all a must visit if you are in the region. We stayed in the hills above the town and the views were stunning.
