Everything was just amazing. Brand new villa with comfortable rooms having all amenities such as mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, hair straightener, shaving foam, toothbrushes etc, comfortable space and lovely views, very nice pool area, spa facilities including use of sauna and jacuzzi in a private area and absolute cleanliness. Ketty and Sebastiano are truly great hosts who make you feel like family. Ketty very attentive and caring, Sebastiano very helpful with suggesting places to visit and how to best get there, Pietro patiently answering my questions on WhatsApp before arrival and sending us location to come and meet us to make sure we don't get lost even though the villa is easy to reach. The villa is close to other beautiful areas such as Cassibile and its lakes, nature reserves, beaches, syracuse, ortigia, Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ispica. Avola Centre, the almond museum and Avola lungomare are just 5 mins away by car, also very nice. The villa is surrounded by all types of views, sea, country, citrus and olive fields, and hills and the area is very peaceful. The breakfast was also every morning very good and fresh. We also liked tgat the villa has four rooms in all so its never crowded and feels like home. Staying here made our holiday a relaxing and perfect one indeed.

The most comfortable beds we met in Sicilly! Newly renovated apartment with 2 bathrooms, nice balcony and parking. Near the center of Avola. It is a good place for trips to Cavagrande del Cassibile, Noto, Siracusa, Fontane Bianche, Scicli, Modica, Ragusa etc. I may recommend. We were satisfied.

There isn’t much to see in Avola but the beach is great (golden sand) so it’s a good location for relaxing. Great seafood restaurants and our favourite was Portomatto. This is a special, classy restaurant with very reasonable prices. Great for both seafood and high quality pizza. I also recommend the shop Assennato for great wines and other tasty produce (like nuts, olive oil, Modica chocolate nuts, honey and more).

Avola itself was a nice place but so much more to discover...

Avola itself was a nice place but so much more to discover in sicily. Mount etna was amazing and there are some wonderful sicilian cities awaiting discovery. A car is a must to truly appreciate everything

Avola is lovely, not as touristy as other towns.

Avola is lovely, not as touristy as other towns. We stayed at a villa a few miles from the city center. If you do not have a car, be prepared to pay at least €20 each way to get to the bus or train station and back. It was worth it for us to avoid driving in the chaotic traffic. We did a boat excursion from Avola (Sicily Boat Tours) and it was wonderful. Would have loved to stay longer and explore more.

Lovely little town. with separate beach area couple of miles from centre. centre is quite old with lovely layout of old churches and large piazzas. Lots of locals out at night with families. great cafes - just felt very authentic.

Avola is a good base for visiting the nearby natural reserves and the city of Noto. The city itself has a nice beach and some good restaurants. The city centre is nice to go for the evening - looks better during the night than during the day.

We've been to Avola multiple times in the last few years.

We've been to Avola multiple times in the last few years. It's a nice quaint town with friendly people and easy to reach beaches. Has a couple of squares with nice restaurants, beautiful old buildings and ice cream / pastry shops and lovely atmosphere (music, people dancing) in the evening. Unfortunately in the recent visits we found the town a bit ran down and except for the center and a few touristy spots a bit dirty (lots of trash on the street, from construction sites, food leftovers, ...). Hopefully it'll improve now that tourism is back to full capacity.

Everything was good, the apartment is clean and super good with terrace and balcony. The host is super nice and helpful in different situations. I like Avola, it was my second time there, 3 minutes from apartment two supermarkets, 8 minutes to bus stop. One hour by bus from airport (7,4 €). Definitely going to be here one more time.

The beautiful swimming pool was the best feature of this hotel. And we had a nice big room, very clean and neat. The beds were super! The WiFi was strong, but needed repairs so it was down for about 6 hours. We can't judge the breakfast,we didn't order it. Staff was friendly and there is free parking.

Property is peaceful, clean and in the best location to relax. Walking distance from the beach and a short drive from avola, marzamemi, Ortigia. BBQ facilities are great as well as the garden furniture. Had the most relaxing stay ever!
