Brand-new Hotel (they opened on August the 4th). Extremely clean and modern facility, spectacular bedrooms with all anyone may need, wonderful finishes and very well furnished with an absolute taste of design. On top of everything, the staff was very kind and helpful, having our satisfaction as their number one priority. Also. We ate at their restaurant Le Bolle, in the bubbles. And it’s been a unique experience. We will definitely come back.

They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met during my stay, and their attention to detail was truly remarkable. The room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The design and decor were modern and stylish, creating a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to the scenic beauty outside my window was truly a delight. The view added an extra layer of charm to my overall experience. The hotel's amenities and services were also top-notch. From the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant to the efficient room service, every aspect of my stay was well taken care of. In summary, I can recommend this hotel enough. Beautiful hotel, perfectly located in Stresa! Our room was so quiet, comfortable and charming, and we loved having breakfast delivered to our room and eating out on the balcony with views of the lake. Great restaurants within just a couple of minutes walk of the hotel, and the boat dock to go to the islands was basically across the street. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We only wish we could've stayed longer!

Amazing hotel! The photos does not do the justice - everything looks and feels 100 times better in real life! Hotel is about 200 years old so you can feel the history by living there, gardens are maintained and looked after. Pool is beyond perfect with a view to mountains and lake. Hotel is in very quite place so if you seeking to relax - perfect choice. Staff is amazing and trying to do everything and beyond for the guests. Food is amazing too. Chef is using local products, we had great dinner and breakfast. Breakfast is only 15€ per person and you get chosen hot food as well as variety of cheeses, meats, vegetables, pastries and etc. Our room had a lake view, the original tiles on the floors and in the bathroom. Everything decorated in vitange luxury Italian style. Even sheets are Italian made, comfortable bed. I will definately come back and recommend to everyone. This was one of our highlights of trip around Lake Maggiorre! Thank you, Team and Oweners !! You doing amazing job!

Fantastic location (hidden gem) overlooking the local lake, had evening meal on restaurant terrace lakeside food/service was outstanding, reception staff fantastic/welcoming (good English) excellent quality and value. Worth noting Mergozzo is slightly away from lake Maggiore but quieter more intimate and much better value. Mergozzo is a fantastic place to spend a couple of days, also good for enjoyable overnight if travelling via Simplon pass, will stay again.
