Its an old charming building that makes us feel comfortable - like a grannys house with everything you need. The door locks, the stairs… everything has so much personality. Staff was friendly, especially at the restaurant. Make sure you check the Alpacas next to the parking lot - they’re cute!

Arezzo is a wonderful place to visit. We came for the Antiques Fair. The Antiques fair was nice, but the rest of the city was exceptional too. The Etruscan museum was a gem! We are really glad we stepped out of the Florence and Rome zone and explored Arezzo.

A lovely historic town with lots to see and do. It's very walkable and accessible. I was only there for one afternoon/evening but I would definitely consider going back and staying a little longer.

Arezzo was one of the most beautiful places that we have ever been. We went when the Antiques Fair was on and the Giostra del Saracino and there was such a great vibe and atmosphere there. We absolutely loved Arezzo and would definitely go back for longer.

We loved Arezzo so much we decided to buy a home and retire...

We loved Arezzo so much we decided to buy a home and retire here! City has it all - train directly into town, flat walkable and pedestrian friendly city with more delicious restaurants than one could ever try in a lifetime. Nice park with a view and amenities adjacent to Duomo and plenty of shopping - this is a city where people live and tourists tend to visit on famous Antique Market weekend so you get a sense of what it's like to actually live in an Italian town - hours of operation for shops and restaurants are Italian vs tourist, people are friendly and it's a safe city without the stress of pick pockets or crowds - most people miss Arezzo; don't be one of them!

Arezzo had enough history and sites to keep us interested. The walkable streets, ruins, and churches were easy to get to. There were plenty of restaurants ti choose from, and it was easy to recognize places where Life is Beautiful were filmed. Friendly and peaceful!

Great Places to visit.

Great Places to visit. We walked along the strangely paved streets to the Basilica of San Francesco. The second church built by the Fransiscans, building work was begun around 1290. Made our way to the Roman Amphitheatre of Arezzo.Testifies to the importance that Arezzo had for the "Eternal City" Loved the Piazza Grande and the food.

Convenient location near the train station and many bus stops. Short walk to the city center and restaurants. The room was one of the most comfortable we stayed at in our 2 months trip through Italy, it was very quiet and had plenty of space to move around. Paolo was very flexible with our check-in and check-out requirements, as we had to depart very early in the morning. The building has a lift which is good when you have mobility restrictions or very big suitcases as we did. Highly recommended.

The hotel is just off the motorway so easy to find with plenty of parking. We arrived early and were able to get into our room which was nice. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was handy for an evening meal which was basic but very tasty and the breakfast was excellent. It is a 10 minute drive into Arezzo.

A beautiful palazzo. The best place to stay in Arezzo. One of the highlight in Tuscany. We also had a very warm welcome from Riccardo. He was trying everything to get tickets for the Giostra del Saracino. Hospitality that not cannot be surpassed. Many thanks for this unforgettable stay in this beautiful hotel. We highly recommend!

Good location in Arezzo for Centro storico, train station and amenities. Lots of space, some very nice decor touches and the collection of art books and Renaissance history made it feel more like a home than an apartment rental.
