Everything, the personal, the location, the room, the fast elevator. The room was very nice and big for a person. The view from the room was awesome. The sound proof of the room and door is very good. The bed very confortable. Easy to enter with baby chair or wheelchair. Very good breakfast. Definitely recommend it to you all.

Great staff! Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The suite/room was spacious yet warm and cozy. The room and bathroom were spotless, and they were cleaned everyday. The view on the city center with the mountains in the background was breathtaking. The spa/inside swimming pool had a great view on the mountains, it was very relaxing and my wife had a great massage from Lea.

It’s clean, it’s quirky and well designed and it’s less than ten minutes walk from the station. They have a genuinely friendly team at the front reception (which is 24hr so perfect for all travellers) as well as the house keepers I came across. They also have luggage storage which is amazing!
