Lovely laid-back and friendly staff. Simone and staff went out of their way to accommodate us and assist with local attractions, including reserving restaurants and boat tickets. Rooms were clean and had plenty of natural light. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was great. Very close to public beach area and local town area, also very close to the train station. Great location. Hotel was family oriented, felt very safe staying there and had no issues with noise. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Anzio or near Rome.

Great stay at the house of a wonderful family with a super cute dog! The hosts were very friendly, hospital and attentive, helped us to get everywhere, picked up from the station. The house is kinda far from the center and the beach (35-40 mins walking) and it’s really hard to get there if you don’t have a car: there are very few pavements :( so the help from the hosts was super great! The room was majestic with beautiful furniture, the equipment in the shower needs some love 😉 the breakfasts were amazing!

The apartment is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Furniture in perfect condition. Decor elements create home comfort and there is no feeling that you are away from home. The hosts are responsive, caring, respond immediately to messages. The apartment have everything you need and even more. We didn't need anything. Everything was at hand from kitchen utensils to air conditioning, ironing supplies. Towels are white, in all required sizes. Bed linen is fresh. The bathroom is large and bright. There is a shower and a small bath. The apartment has a lot of wardrobes, chests of drawers, hangers. In general, there is more than enough storage space. Two large balconies: one to the courtyard overlooking the magnificent Italian pine trees, the other to the city clock tower and a piece of the sea) Our almost two-week stay in sunny, blooming Anzio was amazing thanks to the caring owners of these beautiful apartments! Thank you so much for the warmth and incredibly tasty gift on our departure! On the road, we remembered you with gratitude and warmth!

It was by chance to go there, however we have got an amazing experience and will differently go there again. The area is very quiet and easy to reach. The owner is super friendly and helpful, she even drove us on the last day to the port to catch our ferry which she was using her connection to let us know if it will work. She showed us the city and gave us a souvenir at the end.

Best hosts we have ever met. Very caring and accommodating to our family. We were pleasantly surprised by the care we received (the fridge had treats for us and the rooms were very clean).
