We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, with gorgeous landscapes all around. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and they were especially nice to our dog, which meant a lot to us. The food was also very good. Overall, a wonderful experience - I’d definitely recommend it to any friends and we will definitely come back.

I received an excellent treatment by all the members of the staff who remained consistently respectful and professional during my 17 days stay - answering questions always happy and with a smile regardless of the busy times and pressure of the season. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to a very family oriented area and also to the lake with so much to enjoy. The scenery is around the hotel is stunning. There is ample seating outside to relax and just enjoy the surroundings. We were met by a very friendly reception staff and this friendliness continued through our stay. Our room was very clean, well appointed with views out to the lake, bed was super comfy. Breakfast choices were varied and the food was very fresh. The cost of drinks, food was refreshingly reasonable. A very well run hotel that I would thoroughly recommend.

The hotel was just what we needed in chaotic period of Christmas Holidays. There was never a lot of people, the pool area was empty dooring the sunny period from 11am-2pm so we somehow felt alone in a private spa. The temperature of the pools was 32 degrees and the outside heated pool often felt warmer. Location is quiet, don't expect any interesting restaurants and events. there is only beautiful nature and hiking options, with close proximity to great ski areas and old towns.
