Booked a hotel for 3 nights because of business trip in Reggio Emilia. My room was booked without breakfast as I was not sure that they serve gluten free breakfasts. At the hotel I paid 11 euro for breakfast and there is a good choice for people with gluten intolerance. New towels were changed every day. The staff is pleasant. Hotel is in the centre of the town so it was comfortable to go everywhere by walk. The railway station is 15 minutes by walk.

Everything was more than perfect. The receptionist with eyeglasses is the best I have ever met. The check in was made in 2 min, useful information friendly been given and also very respectful and welcoming.
