Wow what a great stay! Alessandro was very friendly and flexible with our last minute check-in. Located 10 minutes drive from Montepulciano, the room is detached from the main house. It is bright, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

We spent only one night and this time was too short. The hotel in a great location allowing to explore Montepulciano and other towns in the Val d'Ocia, as well as the whole east-southern Tuscany. The staff was very friendly and professional. Many recommendations for local attractions, restaurants and wineries. Hotel is very comfortable, well maintained, room and bathroom very clean. Tasty breakfasts and easy parking. Recommended.

The property is in a beautiful location, very green and close to nature. The rooms and common areas are fully renovated with nice decorations, it has parking and it is not too isolated at all, yet very quiet and far enough from other properties that it makes it quiet. Luca welcomed us warmly, gave us amazing hospitality and very good recommendations of places to see in the area. He was very kind and helpful, he made our stay even nicer. The breakfast was great, lots of options and food was fresh and tasty.

The location was tranquil being surrounded by vineyards but...

The location was tranquil being surrounded by vineyards but you need to be aware that you need to drive a car to get around here which is fine but hard to find parking in and around Montepulciano as it is a large walled city which must be explored. You also have the option of dining in the restaurant downstairs for those who are concerned about returning back after dinner in the dark from Montepulciano on winding roads which can include a local dirt road, which we found a fun experience.

Picturesque setting, fantasy views of Tuscany and Montepulciano. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Dinner on the lawn overlooking the Tuscan hills was a highlight. Breakfast was your typical Italian set up - eggs cooked to order and fresh coffee. Visited in peak summer and I understand the hotel was fully booked but it never felt crowded or busy. We were able to check in early which is always really appreciated.

Raffaele is a wonderful host, going above and beyond to help with anything he can. His friendly and kind personality is absolutely unmatched. He helped us a lot with tips to make our trip this beautiful. Poggio Olivo is a perfect spot for exploring Tuscany. It is clean and cosy, with everything we needed while we stayed there. The pool was also very clean every day.

This is an affordable place if you’re looking for somewhere to sleep. Located within a winery and surrounded by grape fields, it’s a nice spot in Tuscany with good value for money. The apartment is quite old in terms of facilities, and the balcony is shared with the neighboring apartment.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, very clean, smelt amazing and was very comfortable. Great attention to detail. Sunset view from the garden was nice. Host Alessandro was super friendly and helpful. Best stay so far in Tuscany! Freddy their dog was awesome!
