The hostess was very friendly but i had to wait until 6pm for check in tourist tax was not included and I had to pay an extra 30 euros which is 6 euros a night which I also thought was a tad expensive.

My colleagues and I were absolutely delighted with this hotel! Everything was simply perfect: the rooms were clean and cozy, and the grounds were well-kept and beautifully designed - it was a pleasure to walk around and relax outdoors. We especially want to highlight the friendly and attentive staff - always ready to help and create a great atmosphere. Liza, the owner, greeted us at the gate and took our luggage...

Liza, the owner, greeted us at the gate and took our luggage into the house and gave us the keys, showed us the rooms and also the garden that she told us to use any time. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and she had cookies for us. She told us where we could get a Pizza and where we could shop. On the day we were leaving, she came by to say goodbye and we went for a walk with her in the park. She was trying very hard to communicate with us as she spoke Italian and we spoke English. We would have loved to spend more time there with her and we would recommend this place to anyone.

Super cute property! Tastefully decorated and overall clean. Stayed one night but couldn’t enjoy as our flight was super early in the am. Paola, the hostess was amazing. Arranged a taxi for us for 5 am with a trusted driver and recommended a nice restaurant for dinner.

We met nice people. A bit far from Rome. We upgraded because we did not have coffee maker or kettle. Considerable expense. When they could have given us a kettle. Staff was very nice. Strange hours for Resturuant and grocery store. All in all ok but better for families and camping. Pools were good for kids but the water was very cold.

The breakfast was basic with many sweet options, I guess typical for Italy. But it was good enough to start the day with and considering this is a small hotel. I did have an unfortunate situation where I got pick-pocketed on the metro in the city. Having lost my CR card and cash, the manager/owner went out of his way to help me which exceeded my expectation. For this I am very grateful!

Location good for us as we know the area . Offstreet parking available and nice garden. Host friendly and available, met us at property on arrival and showed us around. Property was clean and tidy and well equipped. There was plenty of storage. Smart Tv and air conditioning in bedroom. Host left some provisions in kitchen available to use. Extra pillows and quilt provided.

A perfect stay for our last day in Italy. Beautiful building with a tranquil garden and nice pool area. Very friendly owner who did her outmost to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Varied breakfast made in house to your liking. We'd love to come back here! About 15-20 mins drive to Fuimicino airport.
