AMAZING PLACE! The Cabin is comfy and pretty beautiful. Maybe our best experience in Iceland. The concept of the Farm is totally inspiring. They cultivate their own vegetables and cook a big bufet everyday with everything they harvest. The personal is amazing and they make you feel at home. And besides they open the kitchen at 11 you can order some breakfast before, with their own granola and jams. Thank you! we will definitely come back! u.u

We had an absolutely great stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations, making our trip unforgettable. The room was perfect: beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and had a super charming atmosphere. It truly felt like a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The dining experience was another highlight. The restaurant was excellent, offering delicious and high-quality meals. Coupled with a perfect breakfast each morning, I was fully energized for my adventures. Finally, the reception was really helpful and professional throughout our stay. The most impressive service, however, was their genius idea to alert guests about the Northern Lights! Receiving a timely call about the visible aurora was a fantastic, unique touch that ensured we didn't miss the spectacular show. The service here was absolutely wonderful, really above and beyond! The lounge area was great for happy hour and the rooms were cozy with a nice view of the snowy mountains.

It was a perfect stay! Elsa is a wonderful host, she showed us around and even brought us some fresh and delicious bread in the morning! Such a warm home feeling, we definitely want to come back to spend more time in this lovely place! Totally recommend :)

Fabulous cabin. So well stocked ( yoga mat for me, coffee machine for husband). Everything has been thought of to ensure your comfort. Host came to greet us personally ( a first for me and I’ve booked many places like this) and came to check everything was fine a couple days into our trip. Sauna and hot tub amazing. No where can be more highly recommended.

The breakfast was diverse and great. The guesthouse itself is a bit outside of Egilsstadir and therefore it’s a quiter area - We really liked that! It was also very tidy and clean! We enjoyed our stay there.
