Perfectly localized hostel with separate rooms with small bathrooms. Does not look like a hotel. Prices are very high. Room was small, but warm, with very small bathroom, actually inside the room. Breakfast was cold, not very tasty, staff - very nice people. The diner at the restaurant was very good but expensive. The only thing very important to mention is the localization - it is only an hour from Landmannalaugar - so very close to the beatiful mountains ! So if You want to be in parking Landma early - this is the only choice :)

A very convenient place to rest after a day’s hike at Landmannalaugar. There is even a gas station in front of the hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Very nice of the hotel to provide Blue Lagoon toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was great with a good selection.

Great location for going to Langmannalaugar, very nice staff and they have a ranger on site that can help with hiking suggestions. Also, amazing breakfast for a simple hotel like that, the best in that range so far on Iceland.

Extremely good location for highland experience and highland excursions, very friendly staff. Ranger stationed in the hotel during mornings, so that tours can be discussed with rangers.

Great center for starting any tour in the Highlands! Extremely clean and cosy hotel. Great beds and bathrooms. Great breakfast.
