We booked a double room with a shared bathroom. The room was very clean and functional. The beds were quite comfortable. Again, we arrived late, but the host was very accommodating and was available for a late check-in. The shared bathroom was very spacious and also clean. The breakfast was consistent: cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, veggies, fruits, yogurt , cereals, milk, coffee, and tea plus an array of breads. We really enjoyed our stay.

The host was super nice, accommodating our need for an earlier breakfast than the usual starting hours. Bathrooms were big and modern (we were on the lower floor so no problem with stairs). Even though our room was in the spot with most movement, we didn't hear any noise inside the room, it had really nice sound isolation.

We got the spectacular mountain view room so we could clearly see the glacier outlets. Great location for chasing the northern lights because the surroundings are farms with not much light. The food is nice. We had the signature local langoustine soup and vanilla ice cream for dinner and they were splendid. Rankes among my most favourite dishes in Iceland so far. The room is well equipped and comfortable. Good selection for breakfast.

Great hostel on the way of the Ring road. The room is clean and private bathroom, friendly staff at reception but it is important to keep in mind that the reception is open until the specified hours. Good road to the hostel. There is no kitchen but there is a coffee corner where you can make coffee or tea, brew something with boiling water, for this there are dishes and cutlery, a kettle. Excellent guesthouse. Very clean and beautiful place. The staff is friendly and approachable. Dinner was very good, portions are big and prices are razonable. Breakfast is also great, with plenty of options. The best thing is the view of the glacier, the location is definitely unbeatable.
