The cottage was perfect with its secluded location, stunning landscapes, invigorating hikes, relaxing hot spring pool at Olafjorour, enjoyable horseback rides, and soothing soaks in the cottage's hot tub. We simply loved it!

Harbor view was great, as was the breakfast. Lots of options to chose from. The bed and pillows were super comfy. And the window reading nook was a lovely surprise. Didn’t use the hot tub but it looked delightful.

Spacious room. Clean and nice. Loved that they had Nespresso machine. Easy to find and get into room. We didn’t have any contact with staff. We didn’t need to.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights which allowed me to watch a football match and visit Grímsey Island. I had a room with a private bathroom, but others may choose to share a bathroom to get a lower price room.
