We loved the place. The location is great, there is parking space just in front of the building. The check-in was easy and quick. There is an option to get breakfast in the morning. The room had a lovely view to the sea. It was very warm and well equipped.

Our stay at The Bank (Hotel Aldan) was perfect. Check-in was easy and contact free. Our room was very unique and clean. It was easy to quickly drive out of town at night to find a secluded spot in the dark to view the Northern Lights. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Can recommend the Kaffi Lára El Grillo Bar down the road for dinner.

The hotel is good value with functional rooms and a fantastic view across the water. Although there are no extras in the room, there is a shared kitchenette area for each floor, including a fridge and microwave. The location is very quiet and a short walk to the nearest (only) restaurant in the town, the Bait Shack, which appears to be owned by the same company. A discount voucher was provided for dinner. The buffet breakfast was adequate and what one might expect from a education facility.

This hotel is essentially a working farm. Horses, sheeps and lambs are the primary products. The highlight of this establishment is the friendliness of the staff. Having breakfast in the morning was like eating in your own kitchen and having quiet conversations with friends and family. They also provided guidance to find the local puffin population. Standard Icelandinc wood floors and cleanliness.

Brand new hotel in a very old house, that has all been renovated, wich is great except they forgot too put some soundproofing in the place. you hear everthing, we where really luck that the guests that stayed at the same time as us, they went really early to bed and the place was very quiet during the night :)

Hotel Gerpir was a discovery. The room and the bathroom were big, clean and modern. They had free coffee and parking space. There is a restaurant downstairs, where they provide the breakfast which was great, plenty of options and great views to the fiord.
