Absolutely beautiful hotel in a unique location. The room was gorgeous and the beds were comfortable. What we loved most was the hot outdoor pool. We regretted that we didn’t book another night here.

Beatiful cosy place, loads of historical photos on the hallway walls, very nice books about icelandic nature and also wonderful icelandic wool blankets on bed :) Our stay was very nice :)

It’s a perfect base for exploring the golden circle and the south coast. There is only 7 km to Hveragerdi and Selfoss, cities with a wide range of shops and restaurants.

The hotel was amazing. Especially for the price we paid! Great location, good food. We felt very welcomed. The employees were happy to answer all of our questions, and you can tell they like their job. I would definitely come back!

Staff was very friendly, breakfast options was simple but very very delicious, great coffee. Two outside hot tubs, lovely sauna and relaxation room. Also great bonus that they provide bathrobes. I will come back for sure!
