Beautifully decorated and comfortable appartment. By far and away the best we stayed in during our trip. It was so calm and quiet, i loved the long track to get there. I have never slept so well. I was not sure about the shared kitchen but actually it worked really well and had everything you needed. I will come back if I ever need to relax and have some time to myself!

This is a great apartment, and everything is well thought out. The kitchen is fully equipped (almost like at home) with oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, cleaning sponges, a dishwasher, and a large cutting board. The bathroom provides all necessary toiletries, and a washing machine and dryer are also available. There is a fold-out sofa bed in the living/dining area, which was comfortable to sleep on. Communication before and after our stay was clear and smooth. There’s a free parking space in front of the building. The harbor (for whale watching) is just five minutes away, and the local brewery Húsavík Öl is also within walking distance. Just a tip: the local grocery store closes quite early, so keep that in mind if you're arriving late.

The best view I have ever had. The kitchen was very well equipped, as well as the bathroom and so clean! It was so peaceful, so quiet, just what we needed.

The house is a historical house as it was the first elementary school in Husavik. The house is renovated with apartments, and ours was very beautiful, well decorated and very comfortable, it had everything you need! Good communication with hosts and they were very helpful as we had an issue going there with a storm. Totally recommend it!
