Thanks the owner of the house to arrange this house for us. We felt like staying at home. We arrived late at night because we had to drive back to see Northern light in Reykjavik which came at around 9 PM. We found a lovely welcome note with chocolate toffee on the table. How thoughtful of the owner. All six of us had a nice sleep after long journey. The kitchen was very well equipped. Sorry for overheating one pot. In the morning we had no time to say hello to the owner since we had to go to Secret Lagoon on time that we booked.

The cozy house is truly welcoming, well-kept, and clean. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and washing. The staff is very friendly and provided us with welcome snacks. The house exudes a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere. A true cozy home ideal for finding refuge on windy and rainy days. The cabin is an absolute haven for families. We were so comfortable. Everything was close enough to get to but far away enough that the cabin was really peaceful and relaxing.

Hateigi 2 is a great location to explore the Southern area. Veronique is really friendly and helpful. The accommodation is modern, comfortable, and well equipped. Very good value for money. Ideal for family stay. Reykjavik is about 90 min drive, and similar to Vik going the other way. All Golden Circle attractions in reach also.
