I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Marathahalli. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The staff were very polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The hotel was too good with all facilities and amenities. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Even though the check in time was at 1 pm we arrived at the property at 9 am. They have helped with early check in without any hassle. The virtual receptionist Ms. Swetha was very prompt and helpful. She could resolve the early check in issues within seconds we connected her online by the receptionist. She was so helpful and polite. The concept of a virtual receptionist was new to me and I've never seen this anywhere else. The main part, the price was very affordable for such a hotel. Very much suggested.
